      2260 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohi
Cost: $15.00 - Advance reservations / payment required

This will be the “kick-off” event for the new BWL LUNCH and LEARN program. Come and enjoy a more in-depth discussion about a project or issue – PLUS a lunch!

For this event, there will be a couple speakers to talk about Owen’s Place and their plans and developments. You will be able to see first-hand the progress toward building a Universally Accessible Playground. In addition, the Master Gardeners of Greene County have been relocating their sensory garden from Nutter Field to Owen’s Place. They will share their plans to create a great experience for all people – young and old – to enjoy plantings, even from a wheelchair height. People must pre-register for this catered lunch. Go to the BWL website for further information:

NOTE:  The program is free, but if you would like to order a lunch, the cost is $15. (Checks should be made out to Beavercreek Women's League.) Reserve your space at the September 5 general meeting or email Julie Vann: by September 15.  Menu choice is a empanada plate (with roasted carrots and goat cheese, and a tomatoes/onion/pepper medley) or a salad (Cobb salad with chopped salad greens, tomatoes, roast chicken, hard boiled egg, Roquefort cheese and a vinaigrette). Beverages and dessert are included.   To buy your ticket, pay by cash or check at the Sept. meeting, or please click HERE to pay online by September 15.
