Monthly Meetings

Monthly meetings are held the first Wednesday morning of each month. The 2017-2018 meetings will be held at Peace Lutheran Church on Dayton-Xenia Road. Each meeting includes a time of greeting, a business meeting, and an educational and informative program including guest speakers from many walks of life. Refreshments are served. BWL desires to grow, so members are encouraged to bring guests to every meeting.

Refreshments and social time begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall located in the church’s lower level, followed at 9:30 by the business meeting and program.  Attendees are asked to park on the east side of the church building and enter through the canopied lower level door. NOTE: There is no time change for the October Candidates and Issues Forum (see below) this year (2017 - 2018).

Candidates and Issues Forum: Each year, the BWL's October monthly meeting is a forum in which all of the candidates running in the November election are invited to present their platforms and answer questions from BWL members and other members of the community. This is an open meeting and is always very well attended. This meeting does NOT include a regular business meeting and begins promptly at 9:30 a.m. (The social-time, meet-and-greet will be held from 9:00 - 9:30 a.m.)
